You arrange your pension affairs yourself on our employersportal. To log in, you must use a username and password. You can also use eHerkenning (eRecognition), a tool from the central government. It is similar to DigiD, but for use by businesses. With eHerkenning you can log in to multiple organisations. It is safe, easy and reliable.
Please follow these steps to be able to log in to our employersportal with eHerkenning.
Step 1: Check the level of assurance | To log in to the employersportal, you need eHerkenning with level of assurance EH3 or higher. Do you have eHerkenning EH1 of EH2? Contact your supplier to upgrade the current level of assurance. |
Step 2: Assign the right service | All employees that are allowed to log in, need their personal eHerkenning with level of assurance EH3. Assign the service 'Werkgeversportaal Cappital pensioen' to these employees. Your authorisation manager or an authorised signatory can apply for this online at your supplier of eHerkenning. |
Step 3: Log in to the employersportal | Employees with eHerkenning and the service 'Werkgeversportaal Cappital pensioen' can now log in to the employersportal with eHerkenning. |
Step 4: Change the password of your 'old' login details | Before you could make use of eHerkenning, you shared the same login details with several employees. We recommend to change the password of the 'old' login details. So you are the only one who can still use it. |
Please follow these steps to apply for eHerkenning
Step 1: Choose your eHerkenning provider | There are 6 suppliers of eHerkenning approved by the Dutch government. You will find them on the website of eHerkenning. The suppliers of eHerkenning all meet the same set of requirements, but compete with one another on the type of login means they supply and the pirice. |
Step 2: Apply for eHerkenning | Start the applicatio on the website of the supplier of your choice. |
Step 3: Choose level of assurance EH3 | The higher the level of assurance, the more secure and more reliable the acces. To log in to our employersportal, you need eHerkenning with level of assurance EH3 or higher. |
Step 4: Assign the right service | To log in with eHerkenning, employees need the service 'Werkgeversportaal Cappital pensioen'. Your authorisation manager or an authorised signatory can apply for this online at your supplier of eHerkenning. |
Step 5: Log in to the employersportal | Employees with eHerkenning and the service 'Werkgeversportaal Cappital pensioen' can now log in to the employersportal with eHerkenning. |
Step 6: Appoint an authorisation manager | An authorised signatory can appoint an authorisationmanager. An authorisationmanager can reduce the workload of the authorised signatory and the employees in applying for eHerkenning and organising the authorisation and services. |

Completing the necessary formalities may range from just one day, up to several days. It depends on the level of assurance you require, the complexity of your organisation and differs from supplier to supplier.
You and your adviser can continue to log in as usual. EHerkenning is just an extra option to log in. You and your adviser don't need to use it.
Does your adviser already have access to your employersportal? And does your adviser already work with eHerkenning for other customers? Then the employees of the adviser need to get the service 'Werkgeversportaal Cappital pensioen'. The authorisationmanager or an authorised signatory of the adviser can apply for this online at their supplier of eHerkenning.
